During this session, participants will learn:
1) A method for avoiding bad hires - people that look great on paper, interview like a rock star, but turn out to be someone else on the job.
2) Strategies to identify job candidate strengths before making the hiring decision.
3) Understanding how to bring objective data into the very subjective hiring process to make more successful hiring decisions
