Mission:
1. Rescue local apples from waste by turning them into hard cider
2. Help neighbors by collecting their apples before they rot on the ground
3. Prevent apples from attracting bears and insects
Step # 1
You harvest clean ripe residential apples between Sunday, Sept. 12 and Sunday Sept. 19 and call/text owner Mike at 720-938-7285:
• Signs of ripeness include a few fallen apples, brown seeds & easy twist removal.
• Apples are not ripe if the seeds are white (or light tan) and/or apples are hard to remove.
• Apples may not have any rot, dirt, bruises, or skin breakage. A few closed worm holes are OK.
• Apples may not be picked from the ground.
• Collect apples in clean containers like buckets, crates or boxes
Step # 2
You arrange delivery to BOCO Cider:
• Deliver apples yourself to the back of Unit 14 at 1501 Lee Hill Drive at these times:

100 lbs or more will earn a bottle-growler or flight of hard cider at BOCO Cider!
