Job Description
A Magazine Publisher, Web and Mobile App Developer is looking for an Advertising Creative Coordinator for our Boulder office.
We are looking for a Customer Service “Rock Star” who truly enjoys working with people and takes pride in client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn. In addition to being able to take direction from others, you will need to work independently, be resourceful, flexible, and able to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills and experience:
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Background in marketing and communications is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate spelling, proofreading and editing skills
  • Detail- and deadline-oriented, able to prioritize effectively
  • Great with clients and able to handle multiple complex tasks under pressure
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in all the usual business software
  • Good aesthetic instincts is a huge plus
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Work with and manage a national customer base to collect artwork and help create ads, from concept to completion, while staying ahead of deadlines
  • Collaborate between customers and designers to create and process print and digital ads
  • Build and maintain working relationships with new and repeat customers; communicate necessary information, timely reminders and follow-ups with customers
  • Quality-check art files and proof ad content for accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with Production and Sales departments, as well as with customers
  • General customer service and occasional administrative tasks
