We are a boutique accounting firm located in downtown Boulder seeking a full-time administrative assistant.  The administrative assistant will report to the Executive Assistant and the managing partners.  The position will include general administrative and clerical duties as well as running light errands outside of the office.  This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients and team members in a highly professional work environment.  A well-spoken, personable and engaging demeanor is must.

  • Receptionist duties
  • Assisting with client engagement, setup and removal from multiple databases
  • Light Bookkeeping (recording client payments, entering credit card charges, reconciling credit card statements)
  • Coordination and management of managing partners’ calendars
  • Scanning client tax documents
  • Processing tax documents received via email and moving them through our project management systems
  • Preparing physical copies of client tax returns
  • Helping clean up client databases and adding structure to existing client files
  • Assisting with returning client tax documents
  • Preparing certified mail and delivering them to the post office
  • Picking up mail from the company post office box
  • Bank deposits
  • Organizing company events
  • Ordering meals for staff
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Buying office groceries
