culture that is rapidly changing. As HR faces entropy with the automation of transactional practices and outdated practices, HR must transform into becoming a trusted strategic business partner, rather than distrusted.
Coaching skills for HR Professionals is an underdeveloped muscle. Developing and using coaching skills will build connection, trust and empower others to accomplish high performance, while developing relationships with colleagues, customers and team members. Coaching skills are developed when HR Professionals listen well, ask questions, and focus on self-awareness and social awareness.
